Dave Tucker

- Played at Bellevue CC and the University of Washington
- Coached youth and high school teams to 4 Top 20 National Rankings
- 100% of all Connie Mack age players, that desired to, went on to play College Baseball over 5 year stretch
- Has been teaching hitting for the past 13 years
- Passionate about the collegiate recruiting process with personal relationships with numerous colleges such as Dallas Baptist, Florida St., Kentucky, Gonzaga, Missouri, IPFW, Central AZ CC and numerous others
- Manages the fall Lightning Baseball Academy for HS students
Michael Done

- Graduated from Arapahoe High School
- All-American P @ Seward County CC - 1998
- All-Conference SS @ Seward County CC – 1998
- Set Seward County CC Single Season record for wins (11) – 1998
- 3 year starter @ U. of Washington 2000-2002
- 2nd team All-Pac10 while @ U of Washington hitting .376 in the Pac10 – 2001
- Voted Baseball America’s “Top Infield Arm” in the Pac10 – 2001
- Named UW team Defensive Player of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year and MVP in 2001
- Graduated from the UW as #9 on the All-Time UW HR list (#1 for switch hitters)
- UW Dean’s list 1999-2002
- NCAA Regional tournament with the UW in 2002
- Drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 40th round in 2001
- Led Appalachian league in OnBase% for Bluefield Orioles (high Rookie ball) – 2002
- South Atlantic League All-Star team (playing for Delmarva Shorebirds – Low A) - 2003
- Reached AAA for the Ottawa Lynx in 2004
- Golden Baseball League All-Star (playing for Reno SilverSox – Independent Professional baseball) - 2006
- Won the Golden Baseball League Championship with Reno SilverSox in 2006
- Player/coach for the Reno SilverSox - 2007
- Played 7 seasons of professional baseball
- Head Coach for Lightning Connie Mack team
- Assistant HC for fall Lightning Baseball Academy the past 3 years
- Has been teaching hitting, fielding and pitching for the last 6 years
Matthew Tucker

- Graduated from Smoky Hill High School and won State Championship in 2001
- Played at the University of Washington and Dallas Baptist University
- Named to 2nd team All-Independent team in 2006 and 2007
- Led DBU in hitting SR year, 2007, hitting .350
- Drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 31st round in 2007
- Post season Appalachian League (High Rookie) All-Star (playing for the Bluefield Orioles) - 2007
- Aberdeen Ironbirds (Short Season A) late in 2007
- Delmarva Shorebirds (Low A) in 2008 having started at 2b, 3b, SS, LF and DH
- Frederick Keys (High A) in 2009 while hitting .331 on the year.
- IF/hitting instructor in fall Lightning Baseball Academy the past 3 years
- Has been teaching hitting and fielding for the past 4 years
Drew Tooley

- Graduated from J.K. Mullen High school in 2005
- Ran a 6.6 60 in Peoria Showcase
- Played at Central Arizona College
- Played in Arizona Junior College All-Star game in Peoria
- Won Regional championship in 2007 and was Runner up in the NJCAA Western District Championship.
- Led the team in stolen bases in 2007 with 23
- Played at University of Northern Colorado
- OF & baserunning coach in the fall Lightning Baseball Academy the last 2 years
- Taught hitting lessons the past 3 years
